Water


Last but the best food for weight loss is indeed water. It is often seen, that we do not understand the cues given to us by our bodies. When the body is dehydrated, we are suppose to drink some water. On the contrary we snack on something. This is what leads to weight gain. It is important that we drink at least 12 to 15 glasses of water daily and eliminate aerated drinks from our diet completely. There are some studies, which point to the benefits of drinking warm water, while there are others, which say drinking cold water aids in weight loss. You can choose to drink warm or cold water according to your own preference, but drink water you must.


When you want to lose weight, it is important you have a well balanced diet. Dividing your meals into 5 to 6 small meals throughout the day will accelerate the weight loss process, as your metabolism will be higher.
