Lemon juice is especially ideal for detoxifying the bloodstream and also for weight loss. To prepare lemon detox drink, just take a glass of warm water and then add two to three tablespoons of lemon juice to it. For better results, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper. Sweeten the drink with about 1 tablespoon of maple syrup.


Papaya Juice: Juice made from fresh papaya fruit can help to detoxify the body including, the digestive system. It is known to promote digestion. Drink papaya juice in the morning and also at regular intervals throughout the day. You can blend it with other fruit juice, in order to make it more pleasing to your taste buds.


Grapefruit Juice: Juice of grapefruit can help the liver to detoxify the body, by increasing the activity of liver enzymes.
